"My favorite Starbucks in Baton Rouge". This has got to be my favorite Starbucks location in all of Baton Rouge! I love the cushioned seats towards the back of the cafe... always my preferred area. The staff here is pretty consistent, with that I mean I see the same faces and they are always very courteous. I love that Starbucks has added the all-natural juices to their cold food and beverages section. I also love that Starbucks has added La Boulange items because being from San Francisco (where La Boulange cafe & bakery is HQ'd), I get to have a piece of home here in Baton Rouge. My favorite items from their pink paper roll out are: Flourless Chewy Chocolate Cookie, Chocolate Croissant and Washington Apple Pound Cake. What I wish this Starbucks would have more indoor seating. This is located in a very accessible part of town that is also in the popular Perkins Rowe area, so there are a lot of great eateries close by/walking distance from here. So the lady ringing me up charges me more for ordering less syrup in my drink. I catch it and she takes if off. She says she is new so biggie there. I also order no whip cream. I go to the pick up side and tell the guy to make sure that I dont get two extra shots of flavoring. He tells me no worries and proceeds to spray a huge squirt of whipped cream on top.... then we just sort of stared at each other. It was ok in the end and im sure I will be back. This is a convenient location right down to the typical music they play.

What can be said about Starbucks that people aren't already saying? Starbucks is convenient for the caffeine deprived, the studying college student, the after movie coffee date. Starbucks has made its name through the coffee bean and the millions of ways you can flavor it. I typically frequent Starbucks to get a gift card for the coffee lover in my life. Their hot cocoa is pretty damn good and the pumpkin spice chai is good enough. Starbucks offers a variety of teas, coffees, lattes and frappuccinos (try the chai tea frapp!). They also have a variety of edibles, from sandwiches to bagels, cake pops to pound cakes (try the lemon iced pound cake!). The baristas are knowledgeable and friendly. They will help you whip up your favorite caffeine craving and even add an extra shot! Starbucks is convenient. It has become an American staple over the years. They're quick and efficient and they have decently priced coffee.

Its proximity to good shopping and great date night destinations makes it a great place to stop by on the way to or from anywhere in the scenic Perkins Rowe area. Add in the fact that that the baristas here are good conversationists and make tasty beverages and it gets four stars for me.

Don't know what people are talking about! This place is great..! They never mess up my over complicated order of a tall iced nonfat choc milk ( no ice, only 2 pumps choc, no vanilla yada yada yada). They also never run out of my absolute fav tomato cheese savory square ever! What's not to love about this place, again?! They have a good indoor space and I like the outdoor too. Baristas are smiley and knowledgable. Service is usually pretty quick! When I'm staying at the renaissance, this is pretty much a daily breakfast ritual. Of course the fact that I am obsessed with choc milk helps! I wish they had a drive through though - that would have been super awesome, given the fatty that I am lol!

I'll be back there in October so I'll be sure to stop by. nevertheless, I was cryer disturbed by my visit, so I decided after about 2 months that I really should go online and try to search an avenue to provide my feedback. sure enough upon logging in, (I am a Gold card member so I just logged in), I quickly found the form to fill out. Within 3 days I received a customer service survey, and $10.00 credited to my account, yes $10.00! I was not expecting that at all. For that I give Starbucks a HUGE handclap, not for the credit only, but for getting more details. It's the follow up that counts. go Starbucks! I'll keep giving them part of my hard earned money. If you have a bad experience, tell them about it, they listen and are responsive. Stay tuned for my follow up in October or Nvember, I want to see if changes were made.

One nice thing about this particular Starbucks is that no matter how long the line gets, the service is always fast (and friendly!) I love to come here after the movies or dinner in Perkins Rowe.
